Catholic charities staff help residents identify issues that have contributed to their homelessness. P located in norwalk miriam house is a transitional housing program that offers safe and stable housing to homeless women and their children. Through our services and advocacy in 2019 alone 135 homeless children have been reconnected with the safety and security of a home.

Clients receive resources and guidance to rebuild their lives and to develop the skills necessary to regain self sufficiency and to hellip p. New leaf kitchen has started making dinners for the women to minimize the number of people in the kitchen and working with the food. Miriam s house depends on the generous support of groups and individuals who donate items for the families we serve.
